Complete Path Of Vedic Practices

PATH TO RISING ABOVE THE AVERAGE,
RISING ABOVE THE ORDINARY

THE PATH FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY

Scientifically Proven Modern research now validates what Hindu sages proclaimed thousands of years ago.

The most fundamental Vedic concept—the existence of Brahm, the ultimate cosmic reality—has been supported through scientific discoveries in quantum physics and cosmology.

Many principles in mathematics, astronomy, linguistics, and other scientific disciplines trace their roots back to India’s original Knowledge Systems.

Global Rise of Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda Over the past few decades, the world has turned to Hindu wisdom for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda are now global movements, practiced by millions and accepted by modern science for their proven benefits.

These ancient practices stand today as living proof of the depth, accuracy, and universality of the concepts of Sanatan Dharma.

Vedic Knowledge Is Practical, Applicable & Beneficial.

When the foundations of Hindu philosophy repeatedly align with modern scientific findings, it becomes clear that the other concepts described in our ancient scriptures are also deeply relevant to real human life.

The scientific explanations behind these concepts are presented in detail in our YouTube series SRS 1 to SRS 42, where complex ideas are decoded through logic and evidence.
Atma Bodha SRS Series

For nearly 800 years—almost 14 generations—Hindu knowledge was not taught systematically in an organized manner. As a result, deviations, distortions, and misunderstandings entered society.

Misconceptions about Caste & Jāti, Karma, Astrology, and even Devi-Devatas have clouded the original scientific essence of these concepts.

It is time to revisit the truth.

It is time to rediscover what our ancestors documented with precision.

One Supreme Reality, Many Divine Manifestations—Scientifically Explained.

When the existence of One Supreme God has been scientifically validated, the existence of Devi-Devatas also stands scientifically validated—because ancient scriptures describe them through detailed logic, cosmology, principles of consciousness and intelligence, and universal laws.

We must not wait for Western universities or scientists to certify the authenticity of our own Sanatan Hindu heritage. These are the foundational pillars of Hindu culture and Sanatan Dharma.

Note:
Certain procedures described here belong to specialized Vedic disciplines.
Access is determined by preparedness, continuity of practice, and individual suitability — not by curiosity or request alone.

A Call to All Hindus

 Re-explore Your Scriptures Through
Advanced Sciences

The time has come to look at all our scriptures—Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, and Shastras—through a bigger scientific lens and not just satisfy ourselves with terminologies such as  vibrations and energies .

When we do this, the clarity, logic, and accuracy of Sanatan Dharma become self-evident. The sciences are far advanced to the concepts of vibrations and energies as Hindus try to explain today scientifically.

The Rising Validation of Vedic Sciences:
A Path the World Needs Today

The modern Western world is struggling to reconcile new scientific discoveries with outdated theories of life—especially as evidence increasingly challenges Darwin’s model. With its philosophical foundations shaken, Western culture is facing a crisis of identity, purpose, and stability.

In contrast, Sanatan Dharma offers a complete, practical, and timeless path—one that aligns with the deepest scientific truths emerging today.

Why the World Must Revisit the Foundations of Hindu Knowledge

It is now essential to establish the validity of the fundamental principles revealed in Hindu scriptures.

Unlike any other knowledge system, the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) not only explains the origins of life and the nature of existence but also offers a clear step-by-step path for emergence of life on Earth, well-being, and intrinsic spiritual connection of all life with the divine.

No other tradition or scientific model provides such an integrated and comprehensive framework.

As Vedic Truths Are Scientifically Proven, The Complete Path Has Been Reconstructed

With more and more Vedic concepts receiving scientific validation,
Uma Kailash Foundation is working to:

• Reconnect the scattered insights present across various scriptures
• Reconstruct the complete Vedic path in an organized, systematic way
• Present this knowledge clearly to the masses
• Empower people worldwide to live healthier, more meaningful, spiritually aligned lives

The wisdom of Sanatan Dharma was never meant to remain fragmented. Today, scientific validation demands that this knowledge be revived, restructured, and shared with the world.

The Eternal Vedic Path

 Simplified into Six Clear Steps

To give every seeker complete clarity, the timeless path of Sanatan Dharma has been distilled into six simple, structured steps.

This makes the entire journey—from understanding life to achieving fulfillment—easy to follow and practical to apply.

This path is called eternal for a reason: It was relevant millions of years ago, it is fully applicable today, and it will continue to guide humanity for countless generations to come.

Its principles are universal, unchanging, and aligned with the deepest truths of human life.

By organizing the complete wisdom of Sanatan Dharma into these six steps, every individual can now walk this path with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Yam and Niyam

The Scientific Method to Purify Intelligence
Do Not Make The Huge Mistake Of Skipping This

Most present day Gurus have neglected
these important principles.

According to Vedic fundamentals without these All Vedic Practices are ineffective.

Purifying intelligence takes time, consistency, and discipline. Scriptures prescribe Yam and Niyam—the fundamental Vedic practices—to remove mental toxins. Unfortunately, in modern times, advanced practices are taught while the basics are forgotten.

But without Yam and Niyam:

• Higher yogic and Vedic practices give limited benefits
• Mental peace remains temporary
• Spiritual growth becomes impossible

Practicing these principles is like taking medicines—you can begin at any age, and the earliest you begin, the better.

The young generation is especially recommended to start upon this path early. Because this is the path that will start to give results immediately and help you establish solid foundations for your personal, professional and spiritual life and outlook.

Generally, people wait till old age to start upon and work on the spiritual path, but then the time when this knowledge was required has already passed.

By old age it is already too late.

Therefore, to get complete benefits in life it is highly recommended to start upon this path as early as possible and not to wait for a Divine light to show you the path.

This IS the Divine Light and the path that only the fortunate ones will take immediate steps.

Yam and Niyam = Antivirus System for the Human Brain

They remove the viruses that limit your clarity, focus, emotions, and intelligence.

Detoxifying the Physical Body

Your mind makes decisions, but your physical body executes them. Both must be healthy, yet physical health is severely neglected—especially today.

Modern lifestyles expose us to over 100 synthetic chemicals every single day, through:

• Packaged foods
• Chemical preservatives
• Additives used in food processing
• Adulterated ingredients - Chemical fertilizers in crops
• Chemically treated poultry and livestock

These toxins overload internal organs and cause most modern lifestyle diseases.

Meat Consumption: A Major Cause of Modern Lifestyle Diseases

Globally available scientific studies now show that meat products are strongly linked to:
• Cancer
Heart disease
• Obesity
• Diabetes
• Hormonal imbalance

These findings can be verified easily online.

Why Gyms Alone Are Not Enough Gyms build muscles—but:

• What takes care of the internal organs?
• What strengthens the liver, kidneys, intestines, lungs, and heart?

Modern fitness regimes rarely addresses internal health beyond medicines and supplements.

Yoga: The Complete Science of Internal and External Health

Yoga Asanas uniquely nourish:
• Muscles
• Nerves
• Senses
• Internal organs
• Glands
• Circulatory and lymphatic systems

From the brain to the toes, yoga strengthens the entire body.

However, performing all asanas daily is not practical. Therefore, a specific, optimized daily yoga routine is essential. A suggested routine is provided on this link.

Global Explosion in Yoga & Meditation Yoga Adoption Worldwide

• Over 300 million people practice yoga globally.
• In the U.S., practitioners increased from 20.4 million in 2012 to 36 million in 2016.

Several reports suggest a 50% rise in U.S. yoga practitioners in the last 5 years.

Meditation Worldwide

• Between 200–500 million people practice meditation globally.
• During the COVID-19 pandemic, meditation usage surged by up to 2,900% in some regions. These numbers show a worldwide shift toward natural, Vedic-based healing. Kundalini

Yoga: The Path to Supreme Health and Long Life

Yoga remains the single most important Indin Knowledge System beneficial to ALL human beings irrespective of national boundaries, faith, religion or race.

The right time to introduce Yoga in life when you are young. At young age the body quickly adopts and comes into the correct shape. Earlier you start the better.

We have provided a comprehensive guide to Yoga HERE.

Most modern interpretations differ greatly from the original Vedic path. We have incorporated these yogic practices in the personal routine and found them extremely powerful.

Kundalini Yoga

We have carried out advanced research and practice into Kundalini Yoga. This is based upon ancient Hindu scriptures.

Step 1
Building the Foundation

THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP
Health & Intelligence

The Two Most Used, Most Important
Yet Most Neglected Human Assets

Every moment of life depends on two essential aspects of the human system:

1. Intelligence - For Correct Decision Making.
2. The Physical Body - For Taking All Actions

We use them constantly every moment everyday—yet we almost never invest time in maintaining and developing them.

Our decisions, actions, goals, and achievements all depend on these two pillars, but they remain the most ignored areas of human life almost by everyone.
True Health = Mind (Internal Balance) + Body

Most people believe health means
building muscles or having a good physique.

But true health is:

• A balanced and stable mind
• A strong and healthy physical body
• Well-functioning physical internal organs

Without this complete state of health, wealth, success, or spiritual pursuits have limited meaning.

Ancient Hindu scriptures declare health as the first and most important objective of human life.
Mental health comes even before physical health.

Mental Health:

Balanced Development of the Entire Intelligence System

Just as physical imbalance looks odd—a thin left arm, oversized abdomen, or unequal legs
Mental imbalance also creates distortions in life.

Modern science equates intelligence with just:
• Memory
• Calculation
• Information recall

But Hindu scriptures describe many additional and far more important dimensions of intelligence, such as:

• Mind control
• Patience
• Commitment
• Focus and sustained thought
• Forgiveness and benevolence
• Consciousness
• Sleep quality
• Desire for knowledge
• Mental strength
• Skill
• Devotion
• Awareness through senses
• Satisfaction
• Instincts
• Brightness of mind
• Motherly compassion

A truly healthy mind is one where all these aspects are balanced, clear, and pure.

Clean Intelligence:
Removing the “Brain Viruses”

Ancient Hindu texts state that every human being is naturally endowed with supreme intelligence. Each human being is provided with a supercomputer- Our Brain.

However, this intelligence is covered with "dust".
It is just like your laptop gets infected with viruses.
This “dust” consists of:

• Impurities of thought
• Uncontrolled desires
• Negative habits
• Mental distortion
• Stress and emotional toxins

The first objective of Hindu scriptures is to clean this intelligence.
Just as a virus-filled computer cannot function efficiently
A mind filled with impurities cannot perform at its full potential.

Ayurveda

The Ancient Science of Complete Healing Ayurveda—The Science of Life—is one of humanity’s oldest medical systems, described in the Atharva Veda.

 Why Ayurveda Works

• Made from natural herbs
• Eliminates root causes
• Provides permanent cures
• Minimal or no side effects

Ayurveda successfully treats:

• Liver disorders
• Heart problems
• Asthma
• Diabetes
• Arthritis
• Thyroid issues
• Blood pressure
• ENT conditions
• Skin problems
• Hair fall
• Cholesterol
• And many more

It is now accepted globally—even allopathic doctors commonly prescribe Ayurvedic liver medicines.

Why All This Matters: Health Drives Your Entire Life Purpose

People focus intensely on earning money or succeeding in their profession.

But what drives your profession? Your mind. And what supports your mind? Your health, both physical and mental.

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita declares:
• Occupational duty is a primary karma
• Mind control is essential for every human being
• The mind can be brought under control through practice

This is the core of Step 1: Superior intelligence → Superior mind → Superior health → Superior life.

Step 2 Control of Mind

The Gateway to Higher Intelligence

Why Mind Control Matters Every action you take—and every result you achieve—originates from the state of your mind.

To walk the Vedic path, controlling the mind is not optional; it is the starting point of all spiritual, personal, and professional success.

And the most powerful method for mastering the mind is Dhyan.

Dhyan: The Original, Complete System of Mind Mastery

Millions of people worldwide know about meditation, but very few know that the global meditation movement comes from a simplified and complete version of the original Vedic practice called Dhyan.

While meditation has benefits, it is only a fragment of what Dhyan offers.

Meditation vs. Dhyan

The Real Difference Meditation (modern version)

• Focuses mainly on breath awareness
• Helps improve concentration
• Has been popularized mainly by the West
• Ends at attention training—no further progression

Dhyan, the original ancient Vedic practice is far more advanced and serves three powerful purposes:

1. Sharpening the focus of mind
2. Purifying and correcting intelligence through a Sanskrit Mantras
3. Establishing inner connection or oneness with a Guru, Deity and the One Supreme God Almighty

Meditation = only focus training.
Dhyan = full transformation of mind + intelligence + inner experience.

Why Meditation Became a Crude Copy of Dhyan

Modern meditation evolved in the West, where:

• The role of a Guru
• The need for Sanskrit Mantras
• The significance of Deities
• The concept of Diksha

were either unknown or misunderstood. Therefore, the original Vedic practice was simplified into a technique that only uses breathing. This makes meditation accessible but far less potent than Dhyan.

Dhyan Uses Sanskrit Mantra + Visualization — A Scientific, Measurable Method

In Dhyan, two sacred tools are used:

1. Visualization (Guru or Deity) This provides a stable mental anchor, preventing the mind from wandering.
2. Sanskrit Mantra

The structure of the mantra in Sanskrit alphabets help cleanse the mind and intelligence and correct the deeper layers of intelligence. Together, they create a transformative process unmatched by modern meditation practices. Dhyan is Precise. Meditation is Unstructured.

Meditation has no universal standard:
• No fixed duration
• No fixed method
• People often keep checking the clock
• The practice gets interrupted frequently
Meditation has been made into an end practice

Dhyan, on the other hand, uses an ancient and precise measurement system: The Japa Mala (Rosary) (108 beads)

Mantra repetitions are counted through rounds of the mala (rosary):
• Some mantras require 1 round
• Others require more rounds
• Advanced practices require thousands of rounds over months or years

This ensures:
• Consistency
• Discipline
• Unbroken focus
• Deep mental absorption The mala (rosary) becomes a scientific tool to track progress—without breaking concentration.

Why Dhyan Delivers Results That Meditation Cannot

Dhyan aligns the mind, mantra, and inner awareness into one unified process. It offers:

• Mental clarity
• Superior intelligence
• Emotional stability
• Deep spiritual experience
• Connection with divine consciousness

Meditation alone cannot offer these results because it is only a fraction of the complete system of Dhyan
Dhyan Is the True Path to Mastery of the Mind

Mind control is the foundation of Sanatan Dharma—and Dhyan is the method prescribed by ancient scriptures.

You can learn more about Dhyan and the complete science behind it on the detailed page link below.

Guru Diksha

The Sacred Beginning of Your Vedic Journey

Why Guru Diksha Is Essential Dhyan is a powerful technique, but like any specialized skill, it must be learned properly.

Every learning process requires a teacher—a Guru.
Guru Diksha is the formal process of becoming a student.
It is just like enrolling in a coaching class or a university program, you join a guided path under someone who has mastered the knowledge.

You Can Take Diksha From Multiple Gurus Just as schools have different teachers for different subjects, the spiritual world also has specialists. No single Guru possesses the complete knowledge of every Sadhana or discipline.

Therefore:
• You may receive different Guru Dikshas from different Gurus • Each Diksha trains you in a specific practice, mantra, or spiritual science

This is natural and completely in alignment with ancient tradition.

Was Ancient Knowledge Free?
A Common Misconception

Many people believe that sacred knowledge must always be distributed free.

However, even in ancient India, Gurukuls were never free institutions.

• Students were charged with Guru Dakshina based on their financial capacity
• Poor but talented students studied free of cost
• Most Gurukuls were supported by local kings and community funding
Only interested students were enrolled

Today, organizations need to operate without state sponsorship. The running costs of institutions such as our are high. We do not take donations. Therefore certain charges are required to be paid for the running of the institution.

Guru Diksha Is a Rebirth

A New Chapter in Life

Ancient scriptures describe Guru Diksha as a second birth. The moment you receive Diksha:
• A new chapter begins
• You step onto a disciplined, structured path
• Life stops pushing you around
• You start taking control of your life and destiny

Guru Diksha gives you the tools to reshape your inner world—and your outer life transforms naturally.

The Transformative Outcomes

Walking the Sanatan Dharma Path Sanatan Dharma is not just a spiritual journey — it is a complete science of human transformation.

By following this path with discipline, you unlock capabilities that modern education, personal development programs, or corporate training can never provide.

Here are the life-changing outcomes you will experience:

1. Mastery Over Your Thinking Process
The greatest power of the human being is the capability to develop thinking with precision. An average person's mind is much disturbed especially in today's times. But through the Sanatan path, you develop the capability to:

• Hold your mind on a single subject without distraction
• Avoid mental drift in conversations, debates, or decisions
• Develop the ability to foresee long-term consequences with clarity
• Make sharper, more accurate decisions

This level of mental control is rare — yet essential for success in business, profession, relationships, and leadership.

2. Stronger and More Creative Intelligence
Your capacity for original thought expands naturally.

You begin to:

• Generate new ideas
• Think independently
• Develop balanced, powerful perspectives
• Solve problems with fresh insight

A purified mind unlocks creative brilliance. Innovation, problem-solving, writing, strategy, and artistic vision all rise to a higher level. This creativity (Rachanātmaktā) becomes your natural strength.

This is true intellectual strength.

3. Deep, Unshakeable Concentration

Your attention becomes razor-sharp.

Whether you are:
• Driving
• Operating machinery
• Planning strategy
• Studying
• Managing a team

…your mind stays right where you want it — steady and focused.

This single-pointed attention (Ekāgratā) transforms the quality of every action you take.

4. Emotional Stability and Balance

You stop reacting impulsively. Instead, you start responding with maturity, calm, and insight.

Your emotions stop controlling you — you begin controlling them.

5. An Understanding of True Priorities

Your mind becomes capable of instantly identifying:

• What is important
• What is irrelevant
• What deserves energy
• What must be ignored

This clarity elevates decision-making in every area of life.

6. Crystal-Clear Thought and Powerful Communication

As your mind becomes pure and steady, your speech becomes:

• Clear
• Precise
• Convincing
• Logical

This is a tremendous advantage in business, profession, leadership, negotiations, and relationships.

7. Reduction of Uncertainties in Life

When you take decisions with deep thought and make them unbiased according to the path suggested, you take better decisions. Thus all the doubts are removed from your mind whether you have taken right decision or not.

Remember, if you follow the Sanatan Path of truthfulness you can be certain that the outcomes will be correct not matter what the situation is.

8. Enhancement of Concentration and Higher Intellect

No mantra or sadhana works without deep concentration. Most people fail in spiritual practices and life is because they lack focus.

Through the Sanatan method, your:

• Concentration strengthens
• Higher intellect awakens
• Inner clarity becomes sharper You develop the mental foundation required for real spiritual progress.

9. Development of Dhṛuti — The Power of Mental Steadfastness

Dhṛuti is one of the highest qualities of human intelligence and is rarely understood.

Dhṛuti gives you the ability to:

• Control the mind
• Wait with patience
• Avoid impulsive decisions
• Evaluate outcomes intelligently
• Make correct decisions even under pressure

This is the quality that makes human intelligence superior to Artificial Intelligence.

Both Buddhi (intelligence) and Dhṛuti (control over intelligence) are emphasized in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gītā, and the practices of Sanatan Dharma are designed precisely to cultivate them.

10. Removal of Negativity and Growth of Positivity

Modern society is drowning in negativity. Very few people know how to eliminate it.

Sanatan Dharma gives a scientific and powerful solution:

The Sātvic Diet A Sātvic lifestyle — free from meat, fish, eggs, and tamasic or rajasic foods — purifies the mind and elevates consciousness.

A Sātvic diet:

• Removes negativity
• Builds inner peace
• Improves mental clarity
• Strengthens spiritual energy
• Enhances emotional stability

Non-vegetarian food strengthens negative forces and disturbs the mind. Purity of food leads to purity of thought — this is an eternal and universal truth of Sanatan Dharma.

Your Transformation Begins Within Days When you begin the daily practices prescribed through Guru Diksha, these changes will start appearing within days and weeks.

Your intelligence sharpens, your emotions stabilise, and your life begins to align with clarity and purpose.

IN ESSENCE YOU DEVELOP THE WISDOM AND SERIOUSNESS THAT ANCIENT SAGES HAD.

Even if you must take decisions in short times. The decisions will tend to be correct in long term.

Step 3 Understanding the Future

Human life is filled with uncertainty. No one truly knows what will happen tomorrow — or even in the next moment.

Yet, ancient Sanatan scriptures provide a powerful method to understand the broad landscape of your future.

Astrology:

The Only Vedic Science That Reveals the Broad Vision of the Future

Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) is the only ancient science capable of offering a structured understanding of future possibilities — especially for an individual.

This sacred science is based on three unchangeable parameters:

1. Date of Birth
2. Time of Birth
3. Place of Birth

Once a person is born, these three factors are fixed forever. Using this unique combination, a birth chart (Janma Kundali) is created through precise Vedic mathematical calculations based on planetary positions.

The Vedic birth chart reveals:

• Life patterns
• Strengths and weaknesses
• Favorable and unfavorable periods
• Opportunities and challenges
• Psychological tendencies
• Karmic influences

(We do not provide Astrology services. The interested readers may consult any of the eminent Astrological websites)

Why Money Cannot Solve Every Problem

People believe money is the ultimate safeguard.

But if you reflect deeply, you’ll find:

• Most of life’s biggest problems arise where money will not be of any use
• Most adverse situations cannot be prevented through wealth and money
• Emotional pain, health crises, unexpected events — money cannot always fix these.

Money helps, but it is not the ultimate protector.

Understanding Your Fate Through Astrology

Vedic astrology helps you understand future possibilities related to:

• Money, wealth, and properties
• Education and career
• Marriage, divorce, and relationships
• Children
• Business and job stability
• Happiness and prosperity
• Adverse periods and difficulties
• Hidden enemies
• Opportunities for growth
• Timing of major events

According to Hindu scriptures, these aspects are primarily driven by past-life Karma, combined with efforts in the present.

Effort Is Always Necessary Even if your destiny indicates wealth, you still must:
• Earn it
• Work for it
• Plan it
• Maintain it
• Make the right decisions

Even eating a meal requires:

• Gathering the ingredients
• Cooking the food
• Bringing the morsel to the mouth

Everything in life demands effort

Step 4
Getting Control of Your Future

MOST ASTROLOGERS CANNOT PROVIDE VEDIC SOLUTIONS

Many astrologers can give you very accurate predictions about the future and may also tell you what has happened in your life in the past.

An average person is so overwhelmed by these that the person accepts the astrologer as a Guru and expects the astrologer to provide solutions as well.

Most astrologers do not have the wide understanding of Vedic practices. Therefore they cannot suggest accurate advice.

Astrology is pure mathematics and correct writing and reading the horoscope can be learnt by anyone. It’s a great Vedic science.

Today the horoscopes can be made available for free on the internet.

However, solutions to problems occurring due to past Karma are not easy. That is why Hindu scriptures define a path as is being described on this page.

Solutions for the Future

The Importance and Power of Past Karma

Past Karma Shapes Every Moment of Your Life Your past Karma — the actions performed in this life and previous lives — is the most powerful force governing your destiny.

No earthly power can erase or overpower the results of Karma:

• Not wealth
• Not influence
• Not intelligence
• Not authority

Every human being must experience both favorable and unfavorable times, exactly as shaped by their past actions. This inevitable unfolding of events is what we call Fate (Prārabdha Karma).

Only Vedic Knowledge Has the Power to Transform Fate

No amount of money can prevent difficult times.

No influence can stop challenges from arriving.

But Vedic knowledge can:

• Help you pass peacefully through adverse periods
• Maximize the benefits of favorable times
• Strengthen your mind to overcome obstacles
• Align your life with higher intelligence and clarity

Vedic wisdom does not cancel Karma — it helps you overcome problems resulting from it.

Why Sanskrit Is Essential for Vedic Practices

To use Vedic techniques effectively, a basic reading knowledge of Sanskrit is extremely important. The original Sanskrit Mantras have their impact on human intelligence.

Only original Sanskrit Mantras can get you in alignment with the Divine.

response@umakailash.org

Why Most Hindus Today Are Not Following True Vedic Practices

Much of what is practiced today as “Hindu rituals” has drifted far from the original Vedic system practices.

Sanatan Hindu Knowledge has not been taught in an organized manner since the last 800 years. That is after the destruction of Nalanda University in 1273 AD. For more than 15 generations our Vedic knowledge has not been imparted systematically.

Even after independence of India, this has not been done.

Therefore, over so many generations the knowledge travelled from generation to generation by word of mouth. That too in bits and pieces.

Most of the the practices have therefore become rituals. Rituals are a complete distortion from the original Vedic practices.

This deviation — caused by centuries of lack of structured education — has led to:

• Ineffective rituals
• Misunderstandings about Dharma
• Declining faith among the youth
• Loss of confidence in ancient practices

Unless you have a true Guru guiding you, all rituals bring very limited results.

Lifestyle Comes Before the Vedic practices

Your way of life — food, discipline, mind control, thoughts, conduct — is more important than practices themselves.

Even if you do not start advanced practices immediately, simply shifting to a Sanatan lifestyle creates:

• Long-term health benefits
• Mental clarity
• Emotional strength
• Purity of mind
• Higher intelligence

These benefits may appear gradually but become permanent.

Why the Human Body Must Be Maintained Like a Sacred Temple

Your body is the machine through which you perform every action.

Your brain is the control panel.

If you maintain a machine — clean it, oil it, service it regularly — it lasts for decades. If you ignore it, it breaks down frequently.

The same applies to you:

• A neglected body leads to disease, and constantly reducing efficiency with age
• A neglected mind leads to confusion, accidents, impulsiveness, and emotional breakdowns
• A neglected lifestyle leads to long-term suffering

Therefore, internal and external maintenance of human body as a tool to achieve greater objectives is essential.

Daily Dhyan

The Core Practice of Sanatan Dharma

The single most important practice, central to your transformation, is Daily Dhyan.

Daily Dhyan:

• Sharpens your mental clarity
• Cleans your intelligence
• Calms the mind
• Connects you with Brahm and Divine forces
• Prepares you for the day
• Strengthens your inner emotional and mental stability

The Diksha packet includes three Mantras. You will perform several rounds of these Mantras every day.

This daily practice takes less than 30 minutes and is worth more than gold in its impact on life.

Dhyan is your daily vitamin and daily built up for your intelligence — a lifelong practice.

A Common Misconception

An incorrect belief has been set into the minds of Hindus that Havan or Homa is done for
purification of the air.

But the primary objective as stated in Shrimad Bhagwad Gita is different.

The Real Purpose of Homa

Homa is a Vedic process of offering food to Devatas, food for the powers that control the real world.

This concept is described extensively in:

• The SRS video series Click Here
• The book: Sanatan Dharma A Complete Scientific Analysis Click Here

It is a food for the divine and strengthens your spiritual foundation.

Removing the Effects of Past Sins Through Yoga, Stotra Recitation & Sadhanas

Stotras: The Most Powerful Yet Misunderstood Vedic Tools

There are hundreds of Sanskrit Stotras across the Vedas and Puranas — each designed with a specific purpose and spiritual effect.

However, in today’s world, most people recite Stotras:

• Without knowing their meaning
• Without understanding their purpose
• Simply because of popularity or tradition

If you proceed like this you cannot harness the true power of Stotras.

When you truly understand why a Stotra is recited and what it accomplishes, it becomes a highly potent tool for transforming your life.

Why Stotras Must Be Recited Only in Sanskrit

Many believe that only devotion (Bhava) matters. Devotion is important, but Bhava alone is not enough.

Stotras and Mantras in Sanskrit are profound sciences designed to influence your intelligence in a subtle manner. Their power lies in:

• The original Sanskrit verses
• Pronunciation
• Meter: Reciting translations or reciting in any other language does not activate the intended effects.

Stotra Recitation Helps Reduce the Effects of Sins

Sins are those actions that are not in tune with the principles of Yam and Niyam.

Sins create:

• Mental disturbances
• Emotional imbalance
• Accidents
• Diseases
• Obstacles
• Unfavorable circumstances

These effects cannot be ignored. But they can be greatly reduced through proper Vedic practices of recital of stotras.

Reciting the correct Stotras in Sanskrit is one of the most effective ways to purify the mind and neutralize the effects of sins.

Every Stotra Clearly Mentions Its Benefits Most Stotras include certain Sanskrit verses either at the beginning or the end that explain:

• How the Stotra must be recited
• What benefits it will bring
• Which problems it removes
• Which blessings it bestows
• How frequently it should be practiced

Every Devi and Devata has specific Stotras for removing sins and cleans past Karma.

How Can the
Recitation of a Sanskrit Mantra or Stotra
Remove Sins?

Many people wonder:
How can simply chanting a Sanskrit Stotra
remove sins or change my life?

The answer lies in the science of intelligence and the soul, as explained in ancient Hindu scriptures.

1. Sins Corrupt Human Intelligence
Scriptures reveal that the real damage caused by sins is not external — it happens inside the individual.

Sins (actions against the principles of Dharma) leave an imprint in the intelligence that:

• Distorts thinking
• Reduces clarity
• Weakens judgment
• Clouds awareness
• Impairs emotional balance

This corruption of intelligence becomes the root cause of:

• Wrong decisions
• Wrong relationships
• Wrong priorities
• Wrong actions
• Wrong reactions
• Accidents
• Adverse Situations

And therefore, the root cause of suffering in life.

2. Intelligence Belongs to the Soul — Not the Body

According to Vedic philosophy:

• The body dies •
But the soul (Atman) continues and is immortal

And the soul carries with it:

• Intelligence (Buddhi)
• Sanskar
• Present Karma
• Past Karma

This means corrupted intelligence does not disappear at death. It is carried into the next life and influences the present birth.

This is why some people repeatedly face:

• Confusion
• Poor decisions
• Self-doubt
• Emotional instability
• Patterns of suffering

These patterns are not random — they are the echoes of past mistakes.

3. Sanskrit Stotra Recitation Cleanses Intelligence
A Sanskrit Stotra is not ordinary poetry.

It is a precise combination of:

• Sacred Mantras
• Inclusion of Specific alphabets
• Mantric syllables When recited correctly, these pronunciations reach the deepest layers of the mind and soul.

It is just like feeding a corrective program ino a computer through recitation.

They work like:

• A cleansing process that removes the “dust” settled on intelligence
• A corrective mechanism that restores clarity
• A purifying program that corrects the brain programming due to effects of past sins
• An alignment with divine consciousness

Over time, this purification of mind leads to:
• Better and correct decisions
• Greater wisdom
• Inner stability
• Reduced suffering
• Higher intelligence

In short: Sins distort intelligence.

Sanskrit Stotras and Mantras correct intelligence.

Purified intelligence leads to correct decision making, a superior and successful life.

4. Purified Intelligence Eliminates the Effects of Past Mistakes

Once your inner intelligence becomes cleansed:

• Wrong decisions are reduced considerably
• Emotional reactions stabilize
• Opportunities become clearer
• As you realign with the Divine, obstacles fade away
• Life becomes smoother and more harmonious

This is how the recitation of a Sanskrit Stotra actually removes the detrimental effects of sins.

Needless to say, that you must also stop committing sins. Otherwise, the effects of sins would reappear, and beneficial effects of recitations would not be there.

What happens when you recite a Sanskrit verse?

Reciting Sanskrit verse works as an input to your brain computer.

Modern science is trying to connect to the human brain with wires and electronic circuits. But it looks futile in the wake of the knowledge contained in Hindu scriptures.

Simple recital does what expensive equipments cannot do. Recital inputs that Sanskrit verse into your brain computer.

Recited again and again reprograms the brain.

Remember even modern-day robots are also ‘taught’ by repeatedly feeding similar looking images into the robot.

In the same manner human intelligence is fed with the same Sanskrit Mantra or Stotra to correct human intelligence a number of times.

Reducing or Neutralizing the Effects of Malefic Planets

How Planetary Forces Affect Your Mind and Decisions
Past Karma influences life through the planetary energies (Graha Shakti) also exert subtle yet powerful forces on the human mind — the “brain computer.”

These planetary influences:

• Shape your thinking
• Alter your emotional responses
• Strengthen or weaken decision-making
• Create favorable or unfavorable situations

When these cosmic forces are harmonious, life flows smoothly.

When they are malefic or imbalanced, they cause confusion, obstacles, setbacks, or suffering.

This May Sound Surprising and Far Fetched

But It Is Scripturally and Scientifically Valid Through research across 450+ ancient Hindu texts.

Uma Kailash Foundation has found detailed explanations of:

• How planetary influences  interact with the human mind
• How subtle Divine energies influence intelligence
• How these forces affect behaviour, emotions, decisions, and future life events

Modern scientific studies are now beginning to confirm:

• The measurable impact of Vedic Sanskrit Stotra and Mantra recitals
• The influence of cosmic energy on biological and psychological processes
• The profound effect of Vedic Mantras on the human brain

Sanskrit Mantras & Stotras: The Most Effective Remedies

The Vedic tradition provides a powerful solution to planetary imbalances: Specific Sanskrit Mantras and Stotras

Vedic prayers are not general prayers — they are precise formulas designed to:

• Neutralize malefic planetary effects
• Strengthen beneficial planetary influences
• Improve clarity, emotional stability, and decision-making
• Reduce suffering caused by unfavorable planets
• Enhance intelligence and inner balance

When practiced correctly, these Mantras and Stotras can significantly transform the course of your life.

Reducing the Effects of
Adverse Times

With the use of Vedic Sanskrit stotras and mantras the malefic effects of the adverse times in any person’s life can be considerably reduced.

Sadhanas Just like Sanskrit Stotras, Vedic Sanskrit Mantras are even more powerful in reducing challenges and improving the quality of life.

Both Stotras and Mantras serve two major purposes:

1. Purifying and strengthening human intelligence
2. Establishing a direct connection with the Divine Sadhanas are specialized Vedic practices designed to fulfill specific life objectives.

These ancient methods can help with:
• Financial stability and wealth enhancement
• Better career, business, and job opportunities
• Education and intellectual growth
• Marriage, divorce, and relationship-related problems
• Issues related to children or family life
• Navigating adverse times with strength and clarity
• Increasing happiness, prosperity, and emotional well-being
• Gaining higher knowledge and spiritual insight
• Overcoming enemies, obstacles, and negative forces

Through authentic Vedic Sadhanas, individuals can bring powerful positive changes to every dimension of life.

Enhancing the Quality of Your Future

When the above objectives are achieved, a better, brighter, and more stable future becomes not only possible—but guaranteed.

For centuries, this knowledge system remained hidden, practiced secretly, and often misunderstood. Much of this misunderstanding arose because people lacked complete knowledge of the various Vedic sciences, leading to confusion and even fear.

However, with the rapid advancement of modern science—and the increasing awareness of the limitations and side effects of today’s lifestyle—it is becoming clear that ancient Hindu sciences offer a far more advanced, holistic, and effective path for achieving a happy, prosperous, and fulfilled life.

Timeless Knowledge Proven Effective for Thousands of Years

The experiences of millions of practitioners, along with my own direct experience with numerous Vedic practices, consistently demonstrate their effectiveness in solving real human problems.

These ancient Indian sciences are not temporary theories; they are eternal, universal principles that remain applicable to human life in every era.

Evidence of Advanced Ancient Civilizations

Civilizations have risen and fallen, yet their imprints remain:
• The pyramids of Egypt
• The massive temple complexes of Angkor Wat
• The megalithic Hindu temples across India

Their scale, precision, and location reveal that advanced sciences and highly evolved knowledge systems existed in the past—far beyond what modern science can fully understand today.

Even with all our technological progress, modern engineering still cannot clearly answer how such enormous structures were built with such perfection.

This reinforces the truth that the ancient Vedic knowledge system was highly advanced, and its principles hold the key to enhancing the quality of life— in the distant past, now in the present and will be applicable in the distant future as well.

Vratas and Upavasa

Powerful Devotional Practices from Ancient Hindu Scriptures

Vratas and Upavasas, dedicated to various Devi–Devatas, are powerful spiritual techniques prescribed in ancient Hindu texts.

For those who may not wish to learn Sanskrit or engage in complex Vedic practices, these simpler devotional disciplines offer an accessible and effective alternative.

The Bhavishya Purana provides detailed descriptions of hundreds of Vratas and Upavasas, each designed for specific spiritual, mental, and practical benefits.

Vrata Does NOT Mean Fasting always

A Common Misunderstanding Many people mistakenly assume that every Vrata is a fast.

This is incorrect.

• Vrata means a commitment, promise, or Sankalpa—a determination to follow a specific practice or principle.
• Upavasa means fasting.

While some Vratas may involve fasting, many Vratas are commitments and not fasts.

Example: The Real Meaning of Satyanarayan Vrat

The Shri Satyanarayan Vrat Katha is essentially a commitment to:

• Speak the truth
• Live truthfully
• Stand by truth even in difficult situations

However, in many households today, the true meaning has been lost. People focus only on fasting or performing the ritual mechanically—and then continue daily life with untruths and dishonesty.

When the essence of a Vrata is forgotten, the practice becomes a ritual and is futile, and eventually leading to the individual losing faith.

Why Vratas and Upavasas Still Matter Today

Vratas and Upavasas:

• Strengthen discipline
• Purify the mind
• Reduce negativity
• Deepen devotion
• Support spiritual progress
• Complement Dhyan, Mantra, and other Vedic practices
• Better for mental and physical health
• Improve interpersoal and family relationships

These practices remain powerful tools for anyone seeking a simpler but effective path within Sanatan Dharma.

Essential Annual Practices

For All-Round Development & Prosperity

While Stotra recitation and Daily Dhyan form the foundation of everyday spiritual practice, Sanatan Dharma also prescribes a set of powerful annual practices that may be performed just once a year on specific muhurats or auspicious times.

These annual practices play a vital role in enhancing:

• Overall prosperity
• Mental and emotional well-being
• Spiritual progress
• Protection from negative influences and forces
• Success in personal and professional life

Prerequisites for Effective Results Before performing annual practices.

It is essential to fulfill the core prerequisites already discussed on this page:

• Correcting your conduct (Aachaar Shuddhi)
• Cultivating genuine Bhakti (devotion)
• Building deep Shraddha (faith)
• Following Yam and Niyam
• Maintaining a Satvic lifestyle
• Practicing daily Dhyan and Mantra recitation

Without these foundational practices, the powerful annual practices may yield only minimal or partial results.

As you proceed on the path and see the magical influence of even the most primary practices in your life, devotion and faith will develop naturally.

No extra efforts are required for these.

When the prerequisites are met the impact of these annual rituals becomes truly transformative.

Shri Durga Saptashati Recital During Navratras

A Supreme Vedic Practice Shri Durga Saptashati, also known as the Chandi Path, is one of the most powerful and sacred Vedic scriptures.

Derived from the Markandeya Purana, this text contains 700 transformative verses spread across 13 chapters and is revered for invoking the divine grace of Mata Durga. Those who recite Shri Durga Saptashati with devotion and discipline receive all-round blessings, protection, prosperity, inner strength, and spiritual upliftment.

Recite Only in Sanskrit for Full Effect

For the text of Shri Durga Saptashati to deliver its intended results, the recitation must be done in Sanskrit. Translations in Hindi or other languages do not carry the original Divine power and therefore cannot produce the same spiritual benefits.

Proper Nyasa, Narvāna Mantra Japa, and several other Mantra Japas must be done at points as specified.

Most Auspicious Times for Recital

Although Shri Durga Saptashati can be recited any time of the year starting on an auspicious muhurat, it is especially recommended during:

• Chaitra Navratras
• Sharad Navratras
• Two Gupt Navratras
• Ashtami, Navami, and Chaturdashi tithis

These periods amplify the divine energy and enhance the effectiveness of the Sadhana. Duration and Method Because the full recital takes time, devotees often spread it over seven days during Navratri. However, it can also be completed in a single day. For those fluent in Sanskrit reading, a full recital takes approximately 4.5 hours.

More information shall be given to persons who have taken Guru Diksha

Shri Durga Saptashati Recital

Advanced Forms of Recital: Shat Chandi & Tantrokta Saptashati

The text is so powerful that advanced forms of the practices are recommended for greater collective benefit:

• Shat Chandi Path
one hundred and one recitals performed collectively by 101 priests, for the well-being of society and the nation

• Anulom-Vilom Path — a straight and reversed recital that is specialized variation practiced in specific situations

• Tantrokta Saptashati — where each verse is recited 1,000 times along with specific Viniyoga and Nyasa

These practices require deep discipline and are considered extremely potent.

Cleansing Negative Energies
Haunted Spaces & Demonic Forces

One of the lesser known but extremely powerful benefits of Shri Durga Saptashati recital is its ability to cleanse the spaces and dissipate and dissolve negative entities.

These are applicable anywhere in the world.

Regular recital at a specific place:

• Cleanses the environment of negative souls
• Removes haunted or disturbed energies
• Drives away demons and similar negative beings
• Establishes strong protective Divine blessings of Mata Durga

Even learning by heart and chanting just the Devi Kavach—a part of this text—creates a powerful protective shield.

There are other parts of this text which alone are extremely powerful.

Such negative forces instinctively avoid the person from a distance who has memorized the Kavach by heart.

Recital of Shukla Yajurvediya Rudrashtadhyayi on Maha Shivaratri

For receiving the all-round blessings of Bhagwan Shiva, the recitation of Shukla Yajurvediya Rudrashtadhyayi on Maha Shivaratri is highly recommended.

This sacred text includes some of the most important verses from the Vedas and is considered one of the most powerful offerings to Lord Shiva.

What the Rudrashtadhyayi Recital Includes?

The full procedure consists of:

• Shivapujan Vidhi
• Swastivachan
• Sankalp
• Ganesh and Ambika Pujan
• Mahabhishek
• Shadang Nyas
• Eight chapters of the main Rudrashtadhyayi text
• Shantyadhyaya
• Swasti Prarthana

This complete structure offers a deeply purifying and spiritually elevating experience and direct contact with Divine Shiva

Additional Recommended Rituals on Maha Shivaratri

After the recital and abhishek, devotees may also perform:
• Rudra Yagya
• Maha Rudra Yagya
• Shiva Sahasranam Swahakara (Hawan or Homa)

These amplify the blessings and create a powerful spiritual connection with the Divine.

Timing and Preparation

Since performing all these practices requires almost the entire day, it is essential to begin early in the morning to complete the full procedure properly.

For the abhishek and pujan, you may use:

• A Parad Shivalinga, or
• A Banalinga

Ensure that pure cow milk is used wherever required, as prescribed in traditional Vedic guidelines.

Parad Shivaling Sadhana

During the Month of Shravan Parad Shivaling Sadhana is one of the most powerful spiritual practices dedicated to Bhagwan Shiva.

Performed on the four Mondays (Somvar) of the sacred month of Shravan (Sawan).

This Sadhana is highly recommended for all Shiva devotees seeking divine blessings, protection, prosperity, and spiritual upliftment.

Each Monday, the Sadhana takes approximately one and a half hours and is considered extremely auspicious during this spiritually charged month.

Performing the Sadhana on a Parad Shivalinga

Parad Shivalinga is made from Mercury. Procedures are available in ancient texts through which this can be done.

You will wonder how Mercury which is liquid metal can be solidified? Yes, this is possible. Mercury solidifies as Copper is slowly amalgamated in it. This is special procedure and is not very difficult. In a good Parad Shivalinga even Gold is amalgamated into the Mercury. Mercury slowly solidifies and then when it is semi-solid t can be molded into desired shape. Once the shape is achieved and left for some time, the Mercury solidifies into that shape.

Beware of unscrupulous people making Shivalinga out of Lead and selling it as Mercury or Parad Shivalinga.

This Sadhana is performed on a Parad Shivalinga, which can be easily obtained online or from local spiritual stores.

A Parad Shivaling:

• Radiates high spiritual energy
• Attracts Bhagwan Shiva’s blessings
• Purify the environment
• Strengthen mental and physical well-being

For devotees of Mahadev, performing this Sadhana in Sawan is considered a must.

Today Hindu Community is Lost

Hindu community is hanging in the middle, not knowing what to do.
Adequate information about practices is not available anywhere.
Whatever is available is in bits and pieces.
People who are interested do not know where to start because there are so many scriptures.

This website brings to you a complete overall scientific view of Sanatan Dharma. From the most basic principles to the most advanced practices.

This page explains the complete path of Sanatan Dharma practices, the eternal system that transforms every aspect of life.

While some people gain wealth or longevity through fate alone, no one can escape old age, suffering, or unforeseen challenges.

Waiting until adversity strikes is ineffective—spiritual progress must begin early, whichever income group you are in. You never know what is going to happen tomorrow. But if you make lifestyle changes and start to perform the practices then you can ensure that your position will be comfortable whatever situation the world will be in tomorrow.

Starting this path at the age of 25, or even at 35 or 40, leads to long-term benefits. Waiting till old age to start on this path is completely useless as you would know from this website. Certain important lifestyle changes are a must. Without these all Vedic practices are ineffective. Making lifestyle changes in old age is of no use as by that time the sins have already accumulated in your Karma and the soul. And it too late to cleanse yourself.

Life must be evaluated holistically, not through quick-fix solutions and short sighted judgments.

True progress becomes visible when you reflect on your financial stability, relationships, and overall well-being over the last five to ten years and see the difference. On which fronts you have progressed and which fronts there is an increase in problems.

Follow this path with awareness and discipline to create a strong foundation for a prosperous, meaningful, stable and fulfilled life.

Step 5
Higher Vedic Practices

For All Round Congruence in Life

Today, a culture has developed that believes in doing any act only if it is resulting in making more money. This culture has developed because it is inherently understood that all time must be spent in only those actions which result in generating money.

Altruistic actions or actions on welfare of others are done mostly with selfish or legal objectives and not with a greater developed attitude towards others or greater social obligation.

The path of Sanatan Dharma is not a limited time course that will change your life. You must move step-by-step. See the results of your specific steps and continue with those practices not thinking that after six months or one year you will financially be placed at higher levels. Yes, definitely there are Sadhanas that will make you financially stable and powerful.

What I have told I the previous steps is powerful and will bring positive changes over a period of time. Some may get early results some may not.

The key is to continue irrespective and strive to improve upon your techniques and think deeper on the steps you have taken.

Advanced practices are done with pure Bhakti or pure devotion. And not as a magnificent show for others to see or to show others how much you know. These should be done privately with the family instead of putting up loudspeakers and inviting big gatherings.

Certain practices are done in big gatherings but that is for the kings and rulers and if performed for the society as a whole.

Advanced Vedic Practices 1

Advanced Vedic practices require investments of time and money.

These should not be done in a hurried manner.

Fluency in reading and a certain level of understanding of the Sanskrit language is required.

Some practices are spread over a few days or weeks.

 Understanding Yantra

Scriptures explicitly define that there is no difference between Mantra, Yantra and Devata.

This must become embedded in your mind.

A Yantra placed and established in your house is same as Devata residing in your house.

Therefore, while drawing it, etching it, during the practice and when the Yantra has been installed in the temple or your office or house, complete respect must be given to the Yantra.

This shall include regular cleaning, praying to Yantra with Dhoop and Deep, flowers and other practices.

Most important is that complete respect must be always given to Yantra.

Yantra is the establishment of a temple of specific Devata. Most Devatas exist together with several other deities. The practice of establishing the Yantra in your house is establishment of the specific Devi or Devata in the house or place of work together with all those deities.

From here onwards Devata resides in your house or place of work and showers the blessings. If you do not pay respect or neglect the Yantra, Devata may also leave the place where Devata has been established.

If you look at the architecture of almost all ancient Hindu temples their layout is in the form of a Yantra. For example, the famous Angkor Wat temple in Thailand, Borbodur temple in Indonesia and almost all the ancient temples in India, their layout is designed in the form of a Yantra specific to the Devata.

The centre is always the place of the main deity with various other deities occupying various places within and outside the Yantra.

Each Devata has a specific Yantra. The design of these have been defined in the form of verses in scriptures. One cannot make or design own Yantras as has been propagated by some people.

Advanced Vedic Practices 2

Yantras available in the market made of plastic materials, brass or made from other materials should not be used. Purity of the material used should be the primary consideration.

Exactly how the Yantra shall be drawn, what materials may be used, what shall be the ink or medium, what shall be the materials all this information shall be given in the Guru Diksha Manual.

I have seen Buddhist priests making Mandalas, which are basically Yantras. They take great pains to make the Yantra aesthetically beautiful and colourful and highly accurate.

Yantras may also be etched or engraved on metals such as stone, sfatik stone, copper, silver or gold. Any other material such as plastics or wood are not recommended.

The temples constructed in the ancient times using Yantra as layout were all constructed with only stone. Mortar was rarely or never used. All ancient temples are examples of master craftsmanship, creativity and all constructed with stone interlocking techniques.

Many more details about writing or drawing Yantras will be given in the Diksha manual.

Deities in Advanced Vedic Practices

I am giving below some of the advanced practices performed for some of the Devi Devatas with short descriptions.

Shri Ganapati

You will note that for an average person, small little obstacles or even major obstacles continue to crop up in life despite owning all the wealth and money. These obstacles hamper and disturb normal course of life. You are not able to go through the life in a smooth manner.

Since time immemorial, Bharatvarsha has always been adorned as a nation endowed with profound spiritual power. For the attainment of spiritual strength and wealth, our ancient scriptures provide many means for the people.

Each deity is with its own distinct authority. Among all these deities, one extraordinary deity is Ganapati. The reverence for Ganapati has existed in India since extremely ancient times because, in the system of five Agamas, Shiva, Vishnu, Surya, Shakti, and Ganapati are considered principal sadhana deities.

The importance of Ganapati that becomes visible is unique among all.

At the beginning of the worship of any deity, at the commencement of any virtuous ritual, or even at the start of any noble or ordinary worldly action, it is essential to pray to Ganapati first. Without his worship and invocation, the person may face obstacles from time to time.

Even otherwise as mentioned praying to Shri Ganpati helps remove various obstacles which may crop up at every step in your life.

This pujan includes establishment of Shri Ganpati Yantra in your household or place of work. This practice will help you enormously to overcome many obstacles that arise due to the sins committed in the past.

It is recommended that before you commence other advanced Vedic practices, if Shri Ganpati is established in your home, this will ensure that you will be able to perform the other practices without obstacles.

More information will be given to persons taaking Guru Diksha.

Shri Vidhya

According to Shri Vidhya Saparya Paddhyati “When the means of attaining this knowledge is inquired into, the Upaniṣads such as the Chāndogya teach many preparatory disciplines— like the Udgītha-vidyā, Prāṇa-vidyā, Agnihotra-related knowledge, Dahara-vidyā, and the Panchāgni-vidyā— which are presented as prerequisites to knowledge."

"These are further elaborated in the Brahma Sūtras and their commentaries."

"But who, indeed, is the competent teacher of this today? Even after studying the vast and deep forest-like expanse of scriptures for many years, who in this world can sincerely say: “What was to be attained, I have attained,” “What was to be known, I have known”? For the truth is subtle and hidden: “Scriptural inquiry is one thing, personal experience is another.” There are many teachers of Vedānta, but hardly anyone who is truly experienced. And one who has not experienced the truth himself— how can he make others experience it? Then— is there an easy means to attain Brahma-knowledge which culminates in direct experience? Yes, there is."

"We can confidently declare that Śrīvidyā itself is Brahmavidyā. There indeed exist teachers of this even today— great beings who, having themselves realized the Supreme Truth, move about in this world like jīvanmuktas, endowed with the power to enable others to experience that truth."

"Expert practitioners are able to ward off planetary afflictions, cure diseases, and attain supernatural powers; though indeed these are secondary results, and those of truly peaceful mind do not depend on them."

"This profound Śrīvidyā-tantra, which bestows both enjoyment and liberation, has long been greatly esteemed by learned followers of the Vedic tradition. For this tantra was originally taught by Paraśiva, the Primordial Lord, to Śrīdevī herself."

On this discipline—which alone is capable of granting all four aims of human life. The jewels of Vedic learning—ancient poets like Kālidāsa and Mūkakavi, and later scholars such as Nīlakaṇṭha Dīkṣita— were firmly devoted to the twin lotus-feet of the Goddess; this is proclaimed like the booming of a temple bell. Great teachers of Advaita such as Vidyāraṇya also worshipped this Vidyā— a fact now fully established. Vidyāraṇya composed the great mantra-treatise Vidyārṇava, and Śrī Appayya Dīkṣita wrote the mantra-shastra text Parimala— so the tradition universally reports, though these works may not be directly available today."

"From the uninterrupted lineage beginning with Ādi Śaṅkara, the Śrīcakra-pūjā performed in various Śaṅkara monastic centers, and the pañcadaśākṣarī-vidyā tradition, are all firmly recognized as Vedic in origin. This establishes without any doubt that Śrīvidyā alone is the worship of the Supreme Goddess."

"The divine power that illuminates the sacred region of Kāśī, known by the name Kāmākṣī, the sovereign Rājarājeśvarī— she herself is the Supreme Deity of Śrīvidyā."

Shri Yantra Saparya Padhyati.

Both Shri Chakra and Shri Yantra practices are identical in the Mantras, however, the Yantras are different. I found Shri Chakra Pratishtha vidhi in Mantra Mahodadhi, while Shri Yantra Paddhyati is detailed in Shri Vidhya Saparya Paddhyati.

This includes establishment of Shri Chakra or Shri Yantra at home or place of work. This opens the path to the attainment of the knowledge of Brahm.

For an average person this will ensure life long financial stability and constant flow of funds.

The deities in both the practices are same and even the pratishtha mantras are same.

When I performed these practices decades back, it was only with the purpose of attaining better financial security.

However, in real life, this knowledge and practice led me to obtaining higher knowledge towards the knowledge of Brahm or Brahm Vidhya in a very subtle way.

Shri Dakshin Kalika

According to Shri Dakshin Kalika Saparya Paddhyati, “In the Kali Yuga, only Chaṇḍikā is the sole protector. In this world rooted in wicked tendencies, only Kālīkā is the means for attaining Self-knowledge."

"Among the ten Mahāvidyās, Mahāmāyā, the Divine Mother Śrī Kālī, is the primordial Supreme Power. She alone is the Kalānā-śakti of Mahākāla Śiva, and her position is the highest. She is the controller of the three worlds, the creator, sustainer, and destroyer of the universe, the fulfiller of all desires, Śrī Tribhuvaneśvarī, and the deity worthy of worship by all. Although she is the infinite, subtle, and all-pervading Brahman without beginning or end, these qualities shine forth in her in a special manner."

"Although she is formless, the forms, attributes, vehicle, and other features of the Divine Mother Kālī are described for the sake of devotees and worshippers."

If you watch the videos series SRS and my video on Brahm Gyan Atma Gyan, you will note that what I have told about Devi Mahakali, Devi Maha Lakshmi and Devi Maha Saraswati is same as what the texts of Shri Vidhya Saparya tell.

"Even though there are many forms of Kālī, Dakṣiṇā-Kālīkā is present as the principal form in all of them.”

“It is the doctrine of all Tantras that Śrī Kālīkā Devī herself is the Vidyā embodying the Great and Supreme Brahman, and those who take refuge in her, even the lowest of the low, become capable of attaining nirvāṇa, liberation. All Āgama scriptures declare that there is no Vidyā, no fruit, no knowledge, and no austerity equal to the Divine Mother Śrī Kālī. In the Kali Yuga, she alone bestows true attainment."

"The essence of all Devatas and the bestower of immediate success, endowed with all virtues, worshipped by all deities, is Divine Dakṣiṇā-Kālīkā. Indeed, the worship of the Supreme Mother Mahāmahābrahmasvarūpiṇī Mahākāla-mahiṣī Mahākālīkā is the highest Tantric discipline.”

“The pure path of Yoga flows continuously in two primary forms: sagarbha and nigarbha. This is the easy means for attaining immediate results. Within it, through the distinction of sagarbha kriyā-yoga and nigarbha kriyā-yoga, the stream of practice divides into two currents. This is the path of withdrawal from the tendencies that generate worldly involvement."

"In this method lies the worship of all realms, all worlds, and the entire universe. By worshipping her, one worships all Devi Devatas in both the animate and inanimate universe. Through this worship, all beings of the moving and unmoving world become satisfied."

"Taking refuge in this method, a being becomes free and becomes Bhairava. Reaching the supreme height of divinity on the transcendental background of spiritual practice, and filled with the experience of supreme bliss, he becomes liberated while living. Freed from the body, he roams throughout his life. He becomes the very form of Śiva. He attains supreme liberation. He attains Kevalya.”

“The embodied individual soul, having fallen into a pitiful and helpless state, wanders in the ocean of worldly ignorance. When this individual soul, which is verily Śiva, unites itself with Śakti, then becoming free from the ocean of ignorance and attaining the nature of knowledge, it becomes Brahman itself.”

“In this method lies the simplest scientific process for making the individual soul into Śiva. Taking refuge in this alone, the being abandons the constriction of animal-like tendencies and attains Śivatva, becoming Śiva. Through this method, the practitioner easily awakens his own Kulā-śakti and merges it with the Supreme Self, becoming Śiva, whereby he gains all powers of the complete Brahman and attains Śrī (prosperity).

"He is blessed. He gains all kinds of wealth and prosperity. Having attained complete divine fortune, he becomes fulfilled and roams freely. Not only this, but all the siddhis come before the practitioner the moment he remembers them—even without worship or invocation. Even outsiders become servants of a devotee of Kālīkā."

"On the eighth lunar day (Aṣṭamī), the devotees of Kālīkā can manifest the full moon, or eight moons and eight suns in the eight directions. The siddhis such as Aṇimā, moving through the sky, unobstructed travel in the worlds of the animate and inanimate, the appearance of sacred objects like sandals, swords, spirits, yakṣiṇīs, and hidden things; knowledge of all events in the universe; reviving the dead; mastery over magical pills, alchemy, flight, mastery of the sixty siddhis, lordship—all these wondrous powers come under his control."

"The practitioner alone appears before people in hundreds or thousands of forms. He alone becomes capable of removing all calamities and misfortunes. Ghosts, spirits, planetary demons, rākṣasas, brahmarākṣasas, vetālas, bhairavas, vināyakas, skandas, and all such beings—he destroys their afflictions in a moment.”

“One who regularly recites this Kalikā-Vidyā in the form of sacred syllables becomes the lord of all siddhis, gains unparalleled bliss, and becomes master of all knowledge. He attains all powers. Among all heroes, he becomes supreme. He easily gains all forms of prosperity—spiritual accomplishments, wealth, grains, and all abundance—without effort.”

Shri Dakshin Kalika Saparya Padhyati is, therefore, a powerful practice for lifelong blessings of Mahakali in your life for all round development. Astonishingly powerful. This must be performed together with Mahakali Sadhana.
